Cancellation & Refund Policy

An email to conference@mscanada.ca requesting a refund of the registration fee must be received by October 30, 2026. A $50 non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the refund. After October 30, 2026, no refunds can be issued.  

The endMS Scientific Conference registration fee is processed in Canadian Dollars. Your registration fee will include the registration package as stated. Once your online registration is completed, you will receive an email confirmation receipt which will confirm your registration for the event.    

Payment must be received to confirm your registration.
