Booking your hotel is done during Conference registration. You will receive a hotel reservation confirmation email after registering for the Conference.

Corporate Traveller 

Corporate Traveller has been designated by MS Canada to provide travel (i.e., air or train) for the 2026 endMS Conference. Corporate Traveller’s experienced staff will work with you to source the most advantageous routings and airfares, according to your individual needs. Please note that delegates must cover their own travel and accommodation expenses related to participation in the conference and the Corporate Traveller's fee, if they choose to use their services. 

Note for MS Canada-funded delegates: You are required to book your travel with Corporate Traveller before October 2, 2026. If travel is not arranged through Corporate Traveller, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the travel.
